These addictive little bangles are made from 12 to 14-gauge reclaimed copper wire. They are hand planished and textured with a variety of hammers. Once the hammering is done, they typically measure about 3mm wide. Since they are an open bangle, they can be carefully adjusted by about .25" plus or minus. Some are patinated to emphasize the texturing, polished, and sealed with a microcrystalline wax to protect the patina. Others are left in their natural state and will patina naturally over time.
