This Signed Sabbadini Diamond Pendant Necklace features two heart-shaped diamonds, the largest approximately 2.48 carats and the smaller around 0.35 carats, both estimated H color and VS-SI clarity. Crafted in 18k yellow gold, the necklace weighs approximately 9.4 grams. Made in Italy circa 2010s, the pendant showcases the larger diamond set with five talon prongs and the smaller diamond with two talon prongs and a shared prong. The necklace includes an adjustable 17-inch (43 cm) round link chain, which can be shortened to 16 inches (40 cm) or 15 inches (38 cm).
